The team at Upland Systems is growing. As a company, we have been fortunate to have been continually busy throughout the last year and we are pleased to announce a new addition to the team.
Joel Withers will be joining the team as a Network Engineer. Joel is Buxton based and has previously spent 2 years with an IT Support company in Stockport where he worked to complete his apprenticeship. His time there allowed him to gain practical experience in the industry and we are really looking forward to helping him to further strengthen his skills.
After completing his foundation degree in Computer Science, Joel went on to complete his Bachelor’s degree with a year in Computing and IT. His degree has given him the opportunity to build and refurbish computers and servers, as well as to configure network devices. Throughout his time in University, Joel has also gained IT software skills and experience with the latest windows server-based software, remote maintenance solutions and CRMs.
We hope that taking on Joel as a Network Engineer will allow the Upland Systems team to continue to grow our customer base and offer every one of our customers outstanding IT Support. As the year draws to a close we wanted to take the time to thank all of our clients for keeping us so busy in what has been another unprecedented year. We are looking forward to continuing to assist our customers with IT and computer services and solutions in 2022.
